After noticing some disengagement by some students with our weekly problem solving competition. I reflected and thought about how could I free myself up to help more and also put more ownership on my high ability maths students.
This term Thomas and Allan are in charge of marking and offering assistance. It then leaves me free to also help some of the lower ability students.
